These fish are salmon, and trout, and along with tasting great, they provide the essential fish oil needed. One more thing that can aid in natural pain relief is losing weight.
For those who may be overweight and in pain, losing even a little weight can lower the amount of pain that one feels. With that being said, losing weight isn’t a fix all. There are some sources of pain that have nothing to do with weight gain or loss. Some people can be shallow and will tell someone that they would feel better if they lost some weight but this is not necessarily true. If pain is persistent and is not aided by these simple measure a person should consult a physician to determine the source of the pain.
